Zinfandel running amok. The heavy finish even manages to overpower the peatiness of a young Caol Ila. If you like smoky Cassis, you must buy this bottle. I don’t. – Rating: 71/100

A finish well done and not too overpowering. The fruity notes of the famous Pomerol mix quite well with the suprisingly strong peatiness of the Bowmore malt. – Rating: 83/100

It it were not for the mint hint, this fine sherried dram might be mistaken for a Macallan or Glenfarclas. Surprisingly fresh and un-woody for its age. – Rating: 88/100

This is very dark for a bourbon cask and could even be mistaken for a sherried whisky. Very complex but certainly not everybody’s darling. – Score: 75/100
