Quite pleasant on the nose but palate and finish are a bit disappointing. There is a nice spiciness but it just feels a bit too sugary. – Rating: 81/100

This malt is a good example of what happens when a malt is left for a long time in a nearly incative cask. Random flavour notes appear that seem to have no connection. It can work, but it can also fail. The latter is true here. – Rating: 72/100

A nice fruity dram with a surprising light smokiness, not a real cracker but quite enjoyable. Bottled almost 10 years ago and still available. – Rating: 82/100

This rare dram needs a lot of time but rewards you with an interesting fruity taste experience. The minimal smokiness gives it a bit of an old-fashioned character. Very enjoyable but not a canditate for the bang-for-yor-buck list – Score: 86/100
