Quite a dry dram, but very complex and extremely enjoyable. It is very smooth neat, there is not really a need to add much water. – Rating: 88/100

This dram is living proof that combining peat and sherry can work very well. Strangely it feels slighty watery neat, but adding a little water gives it some more depth. – Rating: 89/100

Even after twenty years in the cask, the grain whisky has retained some of its bite. The wood adds quite a bit of spiciness to that. Remarkably un-fruity for a grain but quite enjoyable. – Rating: 83/100

Like ever so often the palate doesn’t quite deliver what the gorgeous nose is promising. The wood spices are dominating the other flavours. The finish again is great. – Rating: 84/100
