A very enjoyable and well-balanced dram, perfect for slow sipping. The jump in price compared to the excellent Benromach 10 yo is bigger than the jump in quality, though. – Rating: 86/100

A most unusual whisky that is not easy to describe, but everything fits together very well. Lots to discover in this young malt. – Rating: 87/100

This single cask bottling feels like the standard Benromach 10 yo on steroids. I like the the touch of sulphur that is beefing up this already very rich whisky even more. – Score: 86/100

Surprisingly smoky, but well balanced with spices and a slight sweetness. It even reminds me a bit of some old-fashioned whiskies from silent stills. – Score: 84/100
