Dalmore is famous for its orange aromas, and this expression showcases them particularly, also it proves that Dalmore does not need sherry to shine. – Rating: 87/100

Unfortunately, the refill cask could not give this malt the richness we have come to expect from a Dalmore. There are some nice flavours, but they are a little too subtle for my taste. – Rating: 76/100

Distillery manager Charlie Smith in person hosted a masterclass at the Munich festival. I was delighted to see that their two top bottlings (25yo and 30yo) were poured, along with the 12yo FOCM bottling and the 18yo.
