Bold spicy flavours dominate this whisky. While you can notice it is not very old, the fresh wood does a good job in covering the signs of youth. It might be a controversial dram but I like it. – Rating: 83/100
The nose is almost a bit solventy, but on the palate there is a sweet fruity explosion. It might be difficult if not impossible to find a better representative of the Irish potstill style. – Rating: 90/100
