My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Stewed apples, honey, vanilla, hints of lemon zest and porridge, ginger and nutmeg.
Palate: Apples, vanilla, hints of honey, lemon zest, breakfst cereals, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, slightly spicy and a bit rough.
Overall: The early palate is rather pleasant and creamy but soon gives way to the kind of edgy finish that is common for immature whiskies.
