Singleton of Glen Ord “Signature”

by Oliver Klimek on November 16, 2015

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Stewed apples, banana, vanilla, hints of ginger and nutmeg.
Palate: Apples, banana bread, hints of tinned pineapple, vanilla, hints of cloves and nutmeg.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: This would be a very nice daily dram if the palate did not feel so watery. The profile is a bit middle-of-the-road but not unpleasant.

Rating: 79/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$

Scored blind for the Malt Maniacs Awards 2014, re-rasted for notes
