My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Straw
Nose: Grapefruit, vanilla, ginger, hints of nutmeg.
Palate: Grapefruit, pineapple, hints of banana, vanilla, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: I like the overall profile of this gentle single malt, but it feels just a little bit too subdued.

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Straw
Nose: Mild peat smoke, gummy bears, banana, vanilla, hints of allspice.
Palate: Gentle peat, banana, grapefruit, hints of pineapple, nutmeg, hints of pepper.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: Now we’re talking. The peat adds another dimension and the whisky benefits greatly from it. This is a very pleasant dram.

Rating: 86/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
