French single malt whisky made in the Cognac region – Cask 280 – 40%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Strong banana, pineapple, vanilla, hints of coconut, a bit like “Juicy Fruit” chewing gum.
Palate: The Juicy Fruit theme continues, very ripe banana, pineapple, vanilla, now joined by some slightly peppery wood spice.
Finish: Long, very fruity and slightly spicy
Overall: This is made in alembic stills just like cocgnac. The sweet fruit is very dominant, to an extent that you might not recognize it as whisky in a blind tasting. It is nice, though.
Rating: 80/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$

I just tried this one. Very odd, like walking through a dime store candy aisle. But surprisingly good.
