Wasmund’s Copper Fox Rye

by Oliver Klimek on January 8, 2014

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Burnt sugar, chocolate mints, vanilla, pine sawdust and pepper.
Palate: Mild mint with miced cereals, vanilla, cimmamon, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, dry and spicy
Overall: The nose is rather strong and pleasant while the palate lacks a bit of the power you would expect from a rye. Overall quite a nice dram.

Rating: 80/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
