First fill sherry – 46%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Strawberry jam, dried figs, raisins, milk chocolate, hints of cinnamon.
Palate: Strawberries, cherries, figs, cocoa, hints of epsresso, cinnamon and pepper.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and slighly spicy.
Overall: A very fine dram where the sherry is well present but does not overwhelm the spirit.
Rating: 85/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
