Cask 10822 – 47.6%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Wood polish, pineapple, banana, vanilla, hints of ginger and a faint floral note.
Palate: Stewed apples, pineapple, custard, green tea, pepper, hints of nutmeg and candied ginger.
Finish: Long, fruity and quite dry.
Overall: The fruity Glenlivet style is well present, but there is quite a pronounced dryness caused by the long maturation.
Rating: 81/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
