My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Caramelized peaches, raisins, vanilla fudge, wood polish, candied ginger, hints of sandalwood.
Palate: Peaches, creme brulee, honey, vanilla, almonds, ginger, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, sweet and fruity.
Overall: This is another ‘decrescendo’ dram: Fantastic nose and good early palate, then fading away rather quickly.
