Sherry butt 960005 – 57.3%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Light smoke, hints of smoked ham, raisins, charries, leather, dark chocolate, nutmeg and cardamom.
Palate: Gentle peat, cherries, raisins, orange zest, dark cocolate, hints of tobacco, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, dry and smoky.
Overall: A wonderful combination of peat and sherry. It is dry but not too woody and feels older than it actually is.
Rating: 91/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
