My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Smoked cherries, dried figs, chocolate, cigar box, cinnamon, hints of camphor.
Palate: Mild peat, cherries, strawberry jam, milk chocolate, hints of beef stock, cinnamon and cardamom.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: There is an interesting savoury element in this dram, lots going on on the palate, only the finish is a bit timid.
