My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium gold
Nose: Fresh green apples, lemon zest, honey, a flowering spring meadow, ginger and pepper.
Palate: Light honey, stewed apples, lemon zest, dried banana chips, candied ginger and white pepper.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: The maturity of this barely legal whisky is amazing. Don’t hesitate to add water, it swims well.
