My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Quite shy. Apples, nuts, vanilla, polished wood, hints of caramel and nutmeg.
Palate: Apples, pineapple, papaya, vanilla, hints of toasted nuts, light toffee, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: It is very gentle on the nose and doesn not have much of a punch on the palate either, but don’t be fooled. There is quite a lot to discover in this smooth dram.
