Auchentoshan 35 yo 1975 Bourbon Matured

by Oliver Klimek on March 3, 2013

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Polished wood, coconut, stewed apples, lime, hints of wax, black pepper.
Palate: Honey, lemon, melon, apricot, vanilla, coconut, light caramel, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: Even afer 35 years the wood only contributes a nice spiciness without overpowering the fruit.

Rating: 88/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
