My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Lemon sherbet, vanilla, hints of fudge, polished pine wood, liquorice, gigner, hints of pepper.
Palate: Vanilla, lemon zest, stewed apples, custard, candied ginger, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: This malt has a very nice fruity and creamy base that is enhanced by rather strong wood spices.
