Colour: Dark straw
Nose: Smouldering logs in a fireplace, vanilla, lemon, hints of pineapple and coconut, ginger, pepper.
Palate: Strong peat, liquorice, tea, vanilla, grapefruit, coconut, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Medium long, smoky and dry.
Overall: Quite a dry dram with a light bitterness on the palate. The finish is a bit timid.
