My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Strawberry pie with whipped cream, vanilla, butterscotch, hints of nutmeg
Palate: Just hints of peat, vanilla fudge, strawberries and banana, green tea, nutmeg and hints of liquroce.
Finish: Rather long, slighty fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: A very nice whisky with a somehow quiet character, nothing to ponder about, just to sip and relax. This is suprisingly good blending work by an amateur.
