My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Light smoke with a little rubber, mixed dried fruits, vanilla, cloves and nutmeg.
Palate: Mild peat, raisins, dried apricots, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, spicy and slightly fruity.
Overall: The spices in this are quite dominant, the light and sweet fruit notes only act as an accompaniment. A complex but sippable dram.
