Colour: Dark amber
Nose: A box of fudge on an Atlantic jetty, wood smoke, faint hits of pineapple, tobacco, pepper.
Palate: Gentlepeat, pineapple, banana, vanilla, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: The vatting of Japanese and Islay malts creates a very delicate and slightly fragrant whisky with a nice driness.
