Colour: Dark straw
Nose: Banana, lemon zest, polished wood, vanilla, ginger and pepper.
Palate: Lemon zest, treacle, vanilla, candied ginger, pepper and hints of liquorice.
Finish: Medium long, fruity, spicy and a bit spirity
Overall: Sharp alcohol and rather strong spice hit your palate, the rest of flavours can barely keep up.
