My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Copper
Nose: Marzipan, struck matches, strawberry jam, cherries, cinnamon, hints of nutmeg.
Palate: Fruit candy, caramel, cinnamon, dry sulphur, very adstringent.
Finish: Medium long, dry and fruity.
Overall: Very strong wood and light sulphur make this not a dram for anyone. Was this a finish to save a bad cask?
