My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark straw
Nose: Sweet melon, banana, gorse, hints of grass, very ‘smooth’ it you can call a nose that.
Palate: Honey, dried banana chips, pineapple, light fudge, rather strong pepper.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: An enjoyable and straightforward dram, the palate is much spicier than the nose suggests.
