Nose: Vanilla, mint and hints of other fresh herbs, hay, hints of lemon.
Palate: Mixed fruit cocktail sprinkled with rose petals, fudge, peppermint, coriander and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: Especially with water, this malt is very complex, the mix of spicy, herbal and light floral notes is intriguing.
