My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Stewed apples, raisins, fudge, a touch of wood and smoke.
Palate: Perfect match to the nose with some added pepper and nutmeg.
Finish: Medium long, slightly spicy and slightly smoky.
Overall: A well balanced blend with some nice flavours. The finish is a bit weak, though.
