My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Almonds, butterscotch, vanilla, lemon zest, fresh hay, ginger and pepper. Water brings out floral notes
Palate: Lavender honey, parma violets, vanilla, light caramel, ginger and pepper.
Finish: Long, floral and spicy, hints of citrus fruit come out very late.
Overall: Very floral, but in a good way. There is a minimal soapiness to it but it is too faint to call it a flaw. Quite unusual.
