My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Sea shore, candied orange, vanilla, cantaloupe melon, bees wax, hints of polished wood.
Palate: Orange blossom honey, grapefruit, melone, light toffee, nutmeg and quite a bit of pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: Quite a spicy Springbank expression, especially with added water. Overall character is rather light but creamy.
