My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Copper
Nose: Prunes, orange marmalade, baba au rhum and a definite whiff of “flower shop”.
Palate: Prunes, Earl Grey tea, orange zest, toffee, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: A very interesting mix of sherry and floral aromas, quite sharp on nose and palate.
