Colour: Gold
Nose: Frshly cut wood, honey, vanilla, mint, banana, toasted almonds, cinnamon and allspice.
Palate: Butterscotch, apricot, vanilla, dried banana, hints of mint and cinnamon.
Finish: Long, fruity and creamy.
Overall: This is an excellent older Canadian whisky at a very attractive price (if you can find it), very creamy on the palate an only mildly spicy
