My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Strong vanilla, fresh herbs, burnt sugar, dried apricot, allspice and cardamom.
Palate: Caramel, vanilla. apricot, hints of mixed mild spices.
Finish: Long, fruity and creamy.
Overall: A very nice nose is followed by a rather watery palate. Certainly a decent whisky, but a bit disapponting for this age.
Rating: 82/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
