Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Light smoke, sultanas, toffee, rosemary and freshly crushed black pepper.
Palate: Medium peat, dark chocolate toffee, dried apricots and raisins, hints of smoked bacon, espresso, hints of rosemary and pepper.
Finish: Long, dry and smoky.
Overall: A slight herbalness joins dry peat in this Bowmore that also shows nicely balanced fruity notes.
