Nose: Honey, walnuts, orange, vanilla, mint, ginger and hints of liquorice.
Palate: Honey, vanilla, mixed fruit cocktail with tinned tangerines, nutmeg, pepper and hints of savoury dried herbs.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: A robust and creamy malt from a distillery not often seen in independent bottlings. Somehoew the gentle fruit aromas manage to stand up against the wood spice.
