My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Marzipan, raisins, dark fudge, cinnamon, a little ‘dusty’, more fragrant with water.
Palate: Toasted nut mix, dark caramel, raisins, dates, cinnamon.
Finish: Long and nutty.
Overall: Rather dominant nut flavours in here and not too much fruit, this is quite complex and a good dram to spend some time with.
