My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: A spirity sting first, then fresh apples, dried banana, vanilla, freshly cut wood, hints of liquorice, pepper.
Palate: Apples, bananas, hints of pineapple, honey, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper and hints of chili.
Finish: Long, fruity and very spicy.
Overall: Be prepared for a strong spice punch when tasting this whisky. Fortunately the other flavours are bold enough not to get lost.
