My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright amber
Nose: Vanilla, raisins, apples, brand new rubber wellies, hints of nutmeg.
Palate: Stewed apples, raisins, a little honey, vanilla, hints of nutmeg
Finish: Medium long and slightly fruity.
Overall: There are some quite nice flavours in this dram, but palate and finish are a bit too weak to really convince me.
