My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Sweet melon, a blooming spring meadow, apples, custard, hints of ginger and pepper and just a whiff of juniper.
Palate: Apples and melon again, hints of raspberries, vanilla, light tea and that faint hint of gin botanicals.
Finish: Long, dry and slighlty fruity.
Overall: The floral character and the light gin reminiscence are a bit unusual, but it is all well-balanced and very enjoyable.
