My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: A fresh summer breeze, lemon zest, vanilla, ginger, hints of pepper.
Palate: Mixed citrus fruit, vanilla, hints of honey and candied ginger.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: Extremely light in character, subdued but pleasant flavours, this is one for lovers of gentle drams.
