My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Gold
Nose: Smouldering logs, freshly cut pine wood, mixed tropical fruit, vanilla, ginger and pepper.
Palate: Rather strong peat for a Bw, some mango and fresh apple, lemon zest, candied ginger and pepper.
Finish: Long, smoky and slightly fruity.
Overall: You need a bit of water to lure the fruity flavours out of their hideout, it is not a typical exponent of this distillery, but a solid one nevertheless.
