Glenfiddich Millennium Vintage

World of Duty Free exclusive – 40%

My Tasting Notes:

Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Stewed apples, raisins, sweet melon, toffee, freshly cut wood, nutmeg, hints of cardamom.
Palate: Raisins, apples, toasted nuts, hints of vanilla, dark caramel, nutmeg and cardamaom.
Finish: Rather long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: Very delightful on the nose, the palate suffers a bit from the low bottling strength. It certainly is a step up from the regular 12 yo, though.

Rating: 81/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
