Nose: Honey, banana, vanilla, candied pineapple, almonds, polished wood, hints of nutmeg.
Palate: Honey, vanilla, lemon zest, very ripe banana, almonds, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: A very pleasant entry-level malt from a distillery often overlooked, approachable and well-balanced with a nice mixture of fruity and spicy flavours.
