My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Raisins, orange zest, stewed apples, polished wood, toffee, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Raisins, dates, orange marmalade, blackberries, fudge, hints of tea, cinnemon and nutmeg.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: A surprisingly strong density of flavours makes this a very enjoyable sherried entry level dram, and even the low 40% ABV is not a problem here.
