My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Honey, grapes, banana, toasted nuts, vanilla, wood polish, nutmeg, a bit pungent even with water.
Palate: Banana, pineapple, pears, hints of coconut, vanilla, nutmeg and pepper, hints of mature cheese.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: Apart from the somewhat sharp nose, this is quite an enjoyable malt, richly flaoured with an interesting note of cheese.
