My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Lemon zest, grapefruit, banana, vanilla, cake dough, ginger, hints of pepper.
Palate: Mixed tropical fruit, pears, vanilla, dry ginger, nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: The nose starts timid but develops well with water. Don’t be fooled by the light color, there is quite some flavour in this dram.
Rating: 84/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
