Colour: Bright copper
Nose: Orange zest, waxed wood, candied pineapple, ginger, caramel, cardamom.
Palate: Orange marmalade, gingerbread, caramel, ginger, hints of pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: Quite an unusual flavour profile for this’ Gingerbread Glenafarclas’, the nose is wonderful, but the palate does not quite reach that level.
