My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark amber
Nose: Gentle smoke, pineapple, banana, vanilla, dark caramel, hints of cloves and polished oak.
Palate: Mild peat, mixed fruit cocktail, cocoa, caramel, cloves and hints of pepper.
Finish: Medium long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: This could be a quite remarkable whisky, if the weakish finish did not drag it down.
