My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Pineapple grilled over a beachside camp fire, vanilla, ginger, liquorice.
Palate: Strong peat, vanilla, pineapple, coconut, lemon zest, candied ginger, hints of pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and smoky.
Overall: A fantastic combination of heavy peat and a light body. Joyfully bouncing fruit on a waft of peat smoke.
